SALON POLICY/ PROCEDURES FEES: First-Time Clients ✨All first-time clients are required to submit a $50 non-refundable booking fee to secure an appointment. This fee is applied toward the total cost of your service. Booking fees are non-transferable and if you cancel or reschedule. Deposits for Certain Services ✨Select services require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total. ✨If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled, a new deposit will be required to book again. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy ✨A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. ✨Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. This policy is enforced as appointments are reserved exclusively for you. SERVICES & BOOKING GUIDELINES Service Descriptions ✨When booking, click the information icon in the top right corner of each service to view the full service description. Please review all details before confirming your appointment. First Time Clients ✨All natural hair or transitioning clients are required to book under a First Time Natural Hair Appointment or First Time Silk Press. These services allow additional time for consultation and proper care. Routine Services ✨Routine services are maintenance appointments for returning clients and include services such as natural styling, flat twist styles, flat twists with hair added, and similar offerings. Detangling/Extra Styling Time ✨Clients with heavily tangled hair from previous styles or with thick, dense hair may require more time than initially scheduled. In these cases, an add-on service called Extra Styling Time will be applied to ensure your service is completed properly and that we have enough time allotted to do ✨ Please ensure you are booking the correct service so adequate time is reserved for your appointment. Appointments booked incorrectly may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. ✨If you have questions prior to booking, please contact the salon by phone or email for assistance. Add on services ✨Add-on services are enhancements that must be booked in addition to a foundational service. ✨Booking multiple add-on services without a foundational service is not permitted and may result in the appointment being declined. (Ex. Schedule shampoo style and add on steam treatment or trim. ) THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. We are happy to correct any hair related issues. TIME & PUNCTUALITY ✨ If you are running behind and anticipate arriving late, please call or text the salon as soon as possible as a courtesy. ✨Out of respect for all clients, appointment times are carefully reserved. A late arrival may impact the client scheduled after you. Depending on availability, this may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. ARRIVAL ✨ When you arrive for your appointment, please have a seat in the lobby and send a quick text to let me know you’re here. I will respond to let you know when I’m ready for you so your service can begin promptly. ✨ Do not bring extra guest unless they are being serviced. ✨If you are not feeling well out of respect for myself and all salon guest please stay home.
