Elevate Beauty was inspired to transform a woman's confidence in herself, her level of self-love for herself and her hair . Elevate Beauty Hair Studio focus on healthy hair care , haircare regimens , beautiful transformations and so much more. SALON POLICY/ PROCEDURES FEES: ✨ ALL First time customers if you request an appointment before approval of your appointment a $50 non refundable booking fee is due . This does go towards your service and is not transferable if you decide to cancel or reschedule. ✨ Cancellation policy/fee , You will be charged 50% of your service if you cancel , reschedule or no show within 24 hours of your appointment . We ask out of respect you give us a proper notice so we are able to fill the slot as we are by appointment only. ✨Service Fees/ Deposits . Certain services require a deposit to reserve appointment. This fee is applied towards your service however it is non refundable if you cancel. If you decide to book again a new deposit is due upon booking. ✨Rescheduling , If you reschedule more than twice. On your 3rd attempt to reschedule 50% of service is due upon rebooking. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. We are happy to correct any hair related issues. SERVICES: ✨When booking a service a white icon in the top right corner of service once clicked will display the service description. ✨First Time Natural or Transitioning clients are REQUIRED to book under 1st time natural hair appointment or 1st time silk press ✨Please ensure you are booking under the correct services to ensure the correct amount of time is being blocked off. If you have any questions or concerns please call the salon or email us . ✨Add on services are services that you add on to a foundational service. Booking several add on services will be denied because service is booked incorrectly. (Ex. Schedule shampoo style and add on steam treatment or trim. ) TIME : ✨ If you are running 15 mins behind and I am able to still service you. You will be charged a $15 late fee . If I am not available to take you after your appointed time you will have to reschedule. ✨If you are running behind and you know you are going to be minutes past your service time out of courtesy please call or text me letting me know. There are other guest who are being serviced after you and one late customer effects all of the other customers scheduled after you and it’s not fair to anyone. ARRIVAL / COVID PROTOCOL: ✨When you arrive to your appointment please have a seat in the lobby and contact me through text or call letting me know you are here. ✨Do not bring any extra guest unless they are being serviced. ✨If you are most comfortable wearing a mask you are welcome to do so they are optional. Please wash your hands before you enter the salon I will have some mask available if needed. The bathroom is located across from the lobby area. ✨If you are not feeling well out of respect for myself and all salon guest please stay home. Give me a call and we can get your appointment rescheduled. BUSINESS HOURS: Sundays and Mondays the salon is closed.
